Pre-Order Shipping & Storage
Every order is prepared fresh and carefully packed before it begins its journey to you.
- Prepared fresh: Every box of mithai is made fresh 1 - 2 days before it's shipped.
- Packed to stay fresh: Each order is shipped in an insulated foil bag with an ice pack.
- A melted ice pack is normal: The ice pack may have melted by the time your order arrives. This is completely normal and does not mean your mithai is no longer fresh.
- Estimated delivery time: West Coast orders may arrive in as little as 2 business days. East Coast deliveries can take up to 5 business days.
- Tracking your order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- How to store your mithai: Refrigerate your mithai upon arrival for the best freshness and texture.

A NOTE FROM ROHIT
A small request from Poonam and me.
ROHIT’S is a small business, run by my wife Poonam and me. Every piece of mithai is handmade here in California, and every box is prepared fresh.
During Diwali, when many orders arrive at once, pre-ordering helps us plan each batch, prepare enough sweets and arrange every dispatch with care. It gives us the time we need to make sure your mithai reaches you fresh and ready for the celebration.
It may seem like a small thing, but pre-ordering makes an enormous difference to a business of our size. In return, we promise to prepare your box with the same care we would give a Diwali gift for our own family.
