Centuries of Tradition

“Mithai” (मीठा) in Hindi means “sweet.” Our sacred Hindu text, Rigveda, dating back to 1000 BC (the same text that gave us yoga and Ayurveda), mentions mithai as a symbol of delight and celebration. No other sweet tradition in the world has been enjoyed for as long as mithai.
